Millenary MC12 Tourbillon and chronograph is resolutely inspired by the spirit and design of the automobile word.

Firstly through its white and blue colour, much like the road-going version of the Maserati MC12.Also trough its high-tech materials: a carbon movementmainplate to ensure optimal lightness, and entirely redesigned eloxed aluminium bridges. The rapid-rotating twin-barrel systém guarantees 10 days of power reserve. Another exclusive feature lies in the use of a white gold and palladium alloy for the barrels, thus reducing the loss of energy due to the friction of the springs against the cover and the back.

Contemporary design of movement seen throught the transparent sapphire crystal caseback was inspired by Maserati engine.
Throught its technical appearance reminiscent of dashboard, and also its main dial that is off-centred as if by the effect of a sudden burst of speed. The two chronogrph push-buttons, unuusually positioned at 2 and 10 o’clock, reinforce this dynamic touch.
Thourbillon splendidly reflects the legendary know-how of Audemars Piguet, comprising 70 parts weighing a total of just 0,45 grams.

The original oval case in platinum is teamed with a blue crocodile leather strap with AP folding clasp in 950 platinum, matching the blued luminescent „lozenge“ – shaped hands and minute circle. The Audemars Piguet Millenary MC12 tourbillon and chronograph is issued in a limited edition of 150 in 950 platinum.
