We provide warranty and after warranty service on all brands that we sell. This can include various services such as guarantee treatments, repairs or providing service for complicated watches in association with the manufacturer. This competence strengthens the customer relationship as well as increasing the know-how and watch-making culture of interested amateurs.

Small adjustments such as shortening of the wristbands, strap exchange etc. are done directly in the La Boutique Suisse.
